We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is hungry to strategize and execute hands-on. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms in a professional B2B environment. He/she will be owning and driving day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, performing in a solid way under tight deadlines and fast changing needs.

• Owning and driving the Gakon-Netafim marketing activity strategy, planning and execution across different regions and countries.
• Facilitating marketing activities and initiatives to support go-to-market strategy, positioning, enhance customer awareness, lead-nurturing and accelerate demand generation
• Understanding the commercial eco-system and processes and use marketing to support sales driving initiatives
• Be the master of identifying target audiences and analyzing competition-SWOT and develop marketing deliverables, activities and plans accordingly
• Manage the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal Gakon-Netafim teams and strategizing with Corporate and BU Marketing teams.
• Analyze sales challenges and customer insights, industry trends, use market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Drive performance driven marketing activities which are regularly analyzed, measured, quantified using standard industry tools (e.g., online analytics, BI dashboards etc.)
• Create and maintain marketing performance reporting routines and executive reports across multiple platforms (online marketing performance, demand generation performance )
• Partner with sales, support, digital IT (CRM) and HQ Marketing teams to drive demand generation and lead-lifecycle-management processes
• This position is a stand alone position and you will not have a team to manage


• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in marketing or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a marketer in a multi-national company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Dutch and English
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• Experience with lead-lifecycle-management marketing automation and CRM tools
• Willingness and ability to visit field/customers and travel out of the country
